The Challenge
The university library needed a modern website that made it easy for students and researchers to find services, e-resources, opening hours, and research support. The previous online presence was hard to navigate and not mobile friendly.
Our Approach
We worked closely with library staff to map the services students and researchers use most. We structured the content around clear tasks, prioritised accessibility and fast loading, and delivered a responsive site that the library team could update themselves.
The Solution
A responsive library website with clear service pages, e-resource and quick links, library hours, facility galleries, and a simple way to ask a librarian. Content is easy for the library team to maintain, keeping information accurate and current.
