1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Polymiles Technologies website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Polymiles Technologies provides web development, software engineering, SaaS platforms, mobile app development, cloud hosting, and IT consulting services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined in a separate service agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients retain full ownership of the custom code, designs, and intellectual property developed specifically for their project. Polymiles Technologies retains the right to use generalized methodologies, techniques, and non-proprietary code components in future projects.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Typically, projects require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion or according to a milestone schedule. Late payments may result in service suspension.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Polymiles Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Warranties
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Hosting services are provided with a 99.9% uptime guarantee, excluding scheduled maintenance and events beyond our control.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date. Deliverables completed up to that point will be provided.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malawi. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Blantyre, Malawi.
